Booked the hotel for its marvellous and lovely location very close to all main sightseeing and subway stop and shopping/eating area. Spent a nice evening at Hisuien, located a 4-6 minute walking distance from the venue.

There was something as parking missing.

Overall had comfortable stay for a night. Everyone was pleasant as well as hostess.

Exceptionally clean and personalized place with professional and attentive stuff. Very good service and excellant value. No charge for wake up service and ironing too. Peaceful and strategic location in Kyoto, not far from a central area of Kyoto with many restaurants and the subway station of Shijo along the Karasuma Line. Also, near the main shopping street.

Exceptionally comfortable room, everything was well-maintained. Booked a room with a tub. The hotel was in a very central location near to several bus terminals. I didn't want to leave and would definitely return here.

I truly enjoyed staying in this lovely place. I was upgraded to comfy and elegant twin room with a tub. A safe, central heating, and an iron were there too. The location was marvellous and awesome - near to the subway station of Shijo along the Karasuma Line, located in a central area of Kyoto with many restaurants and services in the surroundings, Shijo near Gion area and 2 subways and restaurants.

The staff were extremely helpful and attentive day and night. It was in an excellent and absolutely perfect location close to a subway station. Stopped by Takagi Coffee Karasuma to get some coffee and treats, it's close to the venue, recommend.

The hotel of choice in Kyoto. Attentive staff, immaculately clean property, well-equipped and brand-new room. Prime and best possible location to Gojo-in. Thoroughly enjoyed shopping area. The rooms with a tub.

The beds were very comfy, the room was new-fashioned and standard sized. We booked it for US$ 34727. The location was great and unbeatable, with cafés and bars a short walk to the hotel.

The staff was amazingly great and kind and always greeted us. The location was marvellous and awesome, adjacent to the Kyoto Station and Karasuma and Shijo, a major transit point for metro in Kyoto and the various attractions, in a good area.

The whole experience was pleasant, nothing too much trouble, would definitely recommend. Appreciated our stay in this extremely convenient and fantastic hotel with the very amiable staff. The location close to a subway station was excellent and unbeatable.

we were in kyoto for 8 days, had excellent stay, the hotel was spotlessly clean with marvellous and absolutely perfect location away from the central tourist hub. location: the property was just off the shopping district. wine bar le bon vivre was 100 feet away from the place.
